• Nano Summary: We've removed the email title from the left sidebar, replacing it with a nano summary that does a better job of summarizing the email compared to the title.

• Key Point Extraction: Vern identifies decisions made, questions asked, action items assigned, and next steps discussed.

• Progressive Disclosure: See the summary first, then dive into specific messages if you need the full context.

• Sender Highlights: Quickly see who said what — especially useful for threads with multiple participants.
